Community Volunteer Spotlight
Each month, Macon HealthCare Center, in conjunction with Chariton Valley, is proud to recognize the outstanding contributions of individuals and groups who are volunteering in our community and in the surrounding counties of Macon, Linn, Chariton and Randolph.
If you would like to nominate someone in one of the categories below, please complete the Community Volunteer Spotlight form available by clicking on the link below and printing it off. Please fax the completed form to Macon HealthCare Center at (660) 385-5814 or email it to: GBMHCC@cvalley.net. We would also appreciate you notifying Macon HealthCare Center, Administrator at (660) 385-5797 of your nomination.
Deadlines for each month are:
- January 21, 2010 for February nominations for Senior Volunteer(s)
- February 15, 2010 for March nominations for Child(ren) Volunteer
- March 22, 2010 for April nominations for Adult Volunteer(s)
- April 19, 2010 for May nominations for Senior Volunteer(s)
- May 17, 2010 for June nominations for Child(ren) Volunteer
- June 21, 2010 for July nominations for Adult Volunteer(s)
- July 19, 2010 for August nominations for Senior Volunteer(s)
- August 23, 2010 for September nominations for Child(ren) Volunteer
- September 20, 2010 for October nominations for Adult Volunteer(s)
- October 18, 2010 for November nominations for Senior Volunteer(s)
- November 22, 2010 for December nominations for Child(ren) Volunteer
- December 20, 2010 for January nominations for Adult Volunteer(s)
A board consisting of staff from Chariton Valley and Macon HealthCare Center will review the nominations and choose a monthly recipient. Each winner will be a guest on the CVTV Channel and will also be invited to an annual banquet.
